How should I prepare for my first visit?
Bring your photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), and all previous medical reports including ECG, Echo, blood work, and prescriptions. Wear comfortable clothing. Arrive 15 minutes early for registration.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept cashless treatment with major insurance providers including Star Health, HDFC Ergo, ICICI Lombard, Bajaj Allianz, Max Bupa, and New India Assurance. Please verify your policy covers cardiology consultations.
How does video consultation work?
After booking, you'll receive a secure video link via WhatsApp and email. Join the call at your scheduled time. Dr. Kapoor will review your reports (shared in advance), discuss your concerns, and provide a digital prescription.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a ₹500 fee.
What about emergency situations?
For cardiac emergencies (chest pain, breathlessness, fainting), call the emergency number immediately: +91 98765 09999. Do NOT wait for an appointment — go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
How long is a typical consultation?
First consultations are typically 30-45 minutes to allow thorough history-taking and examination. Follow-up visits are usually 15-20 minutes. Video consultations are 20-30 minutes.
